Membership Renewals

Renewals:

1.) Click on your name in the top right corner.

2.) Click on your school name under your name or the blue button to the right.

3.) Click the “Renew Now” button to the right of the page.

4.) Select each sport that you wish to include in the current year membership.

5.) Select your payment type at the bottom (Credit Card or Check).

         Note: The NJCAA charges a 3.5% Credit Card Convenience Fee.

6.) Then click “Next”.

7.) Select the Coaches Associations you wish to join.

         Note: Baseball, Men’s DIII Golf, Men’s Tennis, Women’s Basketball, and Women’s Lacrosse have voted to waive dues for the 2020-2021 year due to COVID-19. Still be sure to select if wanting to participate. Dues structures will return to normal in 2021-2022.

8.) Click “Add to Cart”.

9.) Click “Finish”.

10.) If you selected to pay by credit card, then fill out the credit card information under "Payment Details".

11.) If you selected to pay by check, select “Invoice: Pay by Check” under "Payment Details".

12.) Enter any number in the "PO Number" box.

13.) Click “Submit Order”.

Invoice:

1.) Click on your name in the top right corner.

2.) Click on your school name under your name or in the blue box to the right.

3.) Click the “Transactions” tab.

4.) Click invoice number.

5.) Click “Print” tab.

6.) Click the red Adobe box on the top left corner to download the invoice.

7.) Check payments should be mailed to the National Office. Address can be found on your invoice.
